Whether you’re ready to start job searching, want to strengthen your skills, or need personalized guidance, our range of services is designed to support you every step of the way.

We know everyone has a different journey to finding work. At WorkAbility, we offer three easy options so you can choose the support that feels right for you. Whether you’re looking for quick tools or hands-on guidance, we’re here to help.
Option 1: Resource Centre (Quick Support When You Need It)
This option is ideal if you feel confident about your job search and mostly want access to tools and light support. What you can use:
Option 2: Job Placement Services (Structured Job Search Support)
Choose this option if you want more organized help to find a job and feel ready to focus on your job search. What we offer:
Option 3: Supported Employment Services (Personalized, Hands-On Support)
This option is helpful if you want more time, support, and confidence-building before you begin your job search. You can choose between two types of support:
A. One-on-One Career Support
Work directly with a specialist who gets to know your strengths and interests. Together, you will:
B. In Motion and Momentum Plus (Group Support Program)
A 10–12 week group program designed to build confidence and life skills in a supportive environment.
